30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We're confident you'll love our services. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll give you a full refund - no questions asked.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new Volt Serv hosting services come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your hosting service within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees.

Eligible Services

The following services are eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • Web Hosting (Shared Hosting with Plesk)
  • Windows VPS Hosting
  • Linux VPS Hosting

Services NOT Eligible for Refund

The following services and fees are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Dedicated Servers (due to hardware provisioning costs)
  • Domain Registration fees (non-refundable per ICANN regulations)
  • SSL Certificates (once issued)
  • Setup fees (if applicable)
  • Administrative fees
  • Add-on services (additional IPs, backups, etc.)
  • Services renewed beyond the initial term

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 30-day guarantee period:

  1. Log in to your Client Area
  2. Submit a support ticket requesting cancellation and refund
  3. Include your reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)
  4. Our team will process your request within 24-48 hours

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

4. Cancellations After 30 Days

After the 30-day money-back guarantee period:

  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of service
  • You may cancel your service at any time to prevent future billing
  • Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal charges

5. Service Level Agreement Credits

Separate from our refund policy, if we fail to meet our 99.99% uptime guarantee as outlined in our Service Level Agreement, you may be eligible for service credits. SLA credits are applied to your account and cannot be converted to cash refunds.

6. Abuse and Fraud

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
  • Abuse of our money-back guarantee (e.g., repeated sign-ups and refunds)
  • Account suspension due to policy violations

7. Dedicated Server Cancellations

Due to the significant hardware and setup costs associated with dedicated servers:

  • Dedicated servers are NOT eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee
  • Monthly dedicated servers require 7 days' notice before cancellation
  • Contract-based dedicated servers are subject to early termination fees
  • Please contact our sales team before ordering if you have any questions

8. Domain Registrations

Domain registrations are non-refundable due to ICANN regulations. Once a domain is registered:

  • The registration fee cannot be refunded
  • The domain will remain registered for the full term
  • You may transfer the domain to another registrar if desired
  • Domain renewal fees are also non-refundable once processed

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us for a refund:

  • Your account and all services will be immediately suspended
  • A $50 administrative fee may be applied
  • We reserve the right to pursue collection of owed amounts
  • You may be prohibited from future purchases
