1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Services

Volt Serv provides web hosting services including but not limited to:

• Virtual Private Servers (VPS) - Windows and Linux
• Dedicated Servers
• Shared Web Hosting with Plesk Control Panel
• Domain Registration and Management
• SSL Certificates
• Related technical support services

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Billing

Services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis depending on the billing cycle you select. Payment is due at the time of purchase and upon each renewal period.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.

4.3 Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services. Services suspended for non-payment may be terminated and data deleted after 14 days of suspension.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Current pricing is not guaranteed for renewal periods unless otherwise stated.

5. Service Level Agreement

Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees 99.99% network uptime. For full details on uptime guarantees and service credits, please refer to our Service Level Agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for all content stored, transmitted, or processed through your services.

7. Data Backup

While we perform regular backups as a courtesy, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. Volt Serv shall not be held liable for any data loss. We strongly recommend implementing your own backup strategy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Volt Serv. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Volt Serv, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Volt Serv and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may cancel your services at any time through your client area. Refunds for cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
